The crew we put together likes to harvest, and they take it seriously...  We have found the best crew members are those that want to go more for the experience than anything else.  They like farming and "big iron".  If you just need a job, we don't want you.  You will have the opportunity to see the country and many different farm operations, and gain valuable truck driving and equipment experience while you live and work closely with like-minded individuals interested in agriculture.

Close relationships are formed within the crew.  We often have crew members stay in touch with us and other co-workers for years to come, even after they discontinue the harvest run.  Over the years, members have been from many states and 14 different countries.

Some mechanical aptitude and equipment operation or truck driving experience is necessary.  We will help you learn to drive and obtain a CDL (commercial driver's license) if necessary.  Preferably, you will spend some time with us before harvest even starts, becoming acquainted with equipment and your fellow crew members.  We have a permanent trailer house located on the farm, and two custom built crew trailers while on the road.  Room and board is provided.
